Kevin Durant returns to Oklahoma City for the first time since he shocked the basketball world by signing with the Golden State Warriors this past summer.
Durant himself is expecting a chorus of boos to descend upon him when he takes to the court at Chesapeake Energy Arena in OKC, a city he called home for nine seasons.
As Durant’s ongoing feud with former teammate Russell Westbrook continues, it sure looks like the rest of the Thunder are still bitter over his departure.
Steven Adams on if he's talked to KD: "No." Why's that? "He's not on my team anymore."

Knowing Durant, he will drop 40 on the Thunder and call it a night. As was expected, the MVP candidate has been simply marvelous for his new Warriors team this season, averaging 25.7 points, 8.3 rebounds and 4.9 assists while shooting at a 54 percent clip from the field.
The Warriors have beaten Oklahoma City twice this season, but it’s the team’s first trip to Oklahoma City since the Western Conference Finals. It’s also Durant’s first appearance in OKC as a visitor. This should definitely be popcorn-worthy.
