During Sunday’s Pittsburgh Steelers-Buffalo Bills game, a couple of snow plows worked to get snow off the field in Buffalo. Unfortunately, in the process of clearing snow off the field, the plows also snagged up plenty of rubber pellets, which fill in the artificial turf.

The pellets collected in huge piles along the sidelines and end zones, making the field unsafe. A crew of workers worked furiously to get the mess cleaned up, minimizing the delay.

Thankfully the game was not delayed long, but snow started falling in earnest once again as play resumed, meaning we could see something similar if they have to plow the field again.
