The continued issues between All-Star big man DeMarcus Cousins and the Sacramento Kings has apparently taken another bad turn.
The Kings announced on Thursday that they have suspended Cousins one game for “conduct detrimental to the team.”
Cousins’ suspension stems from his outburst directed at Kings head coach George Karl during a game against the Cleveland Cavaliers Wednesday evening:

This incident forced assistant coach Corliss Williamson as well as Rajon Rondo to attempt to calm Cousins down.
Cousins, 25, is considered one of the top big men in the entire NBA. He’s averaging 27.4 points and 11.5 rebounds per game this season.
Though, there have been some major issues between Karl and the All-Star center since the latter took over as the team’s head coach last spring. It even got to the point where the Kings’ brass considered moving on from both prior to the start of the 2015-16 season.
Cousins’ talent has never been in question. Instead, it’s his temper on the court. The big man has also picked up 15 technical fouls on the season, meaning he will be suspended one game for each technical he receives from here on out.
