Brock Osweiler has reportedly signed with the Houston Texans, and he was apparently done with Denver for quite some time. Based on a report from Mike Klis of Denver’s 9 News, He had no interest in anything that anyone with the Denver Broncos had to say for the past two weeks.

He was reportedly upset with the franchise about being benched in favor of Manning.
That said it’s a little surprising that Osweiler wouldn’t even talk to his now former teammates and coaches. Though you couldn’t say it didn’t work out well, it’s certainly understandable that he’d be frustrated with the Broncos for benching him.
However, that’s not really a great reason to stop talking to anyone associated with the team. If he knew that they’d be trying to talk him into staying and he didn’t want to do that, it also makes a degree of sense, though it never hurts to actually say that.
Osweiler started seven games for the Broncos in Peyton Manning’s absence. In those games, the Broncos were 5-2. He was benched in a Week 17 win over the San Diego Chargers and didn’t see the field in any of Denver’s three postseason wins.
