The longest punt return in Super Bowl history belongs to Jordan Norwood of the Denver Broncos.

It’s hard to figure out exactly what the Carolina Panthers were doing there. If they thought he was calling a fair catch and backed off because of it, why? That’s something that hopefully we’ll find out after the game.
While Norwood has the longest punt return, he does not have the most famous play in Super Bowl history for a man named Norwood.
Carolina’s defense did hold strong, limiting the Broncos to a Brandon McManus field goal. The Broncos have not trailed in Super Bowl 50, and currently lead 13-7.
