Sacramento Kings big man DeMarcus Cousins is known for his hot temper. It’s what has led to 13 technical fouls thus far this season. It also makes him somewhat of an enigmatic figure for the downtrodden franchise.
Showing some restraint during a 131-116 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday, Cousins held himself back from throwing what would have been a pretty insane punch Steven Adams’ way:

It could be that he was just looking to get Adams to flinch. Remember that game in grade school? Then again, Adams had his back turned to Cousins at the time.
Frustration nearly boiled over for a player in Cousins that struggled big time on the night. The all-world center hit on just 14-of-33 shots while turning the ball over a whopping six times in the 15-point loss.
At least, he didn’t add another thing to what has been a laundry list of issues for the All-Star.
