The Miami Dolphins are having a surprisingly good season. They’re currently right in the thick of the AFC Playoff picture after starting the year out slowly.
Unfortunately for the Dolphins, their playoff aspirations might be on life support after this bit of horrible news.

One has to wonder where the Dolphins go from here. The injury occurred late in the third quarter when Arizona Cardinals defensive end Calais Campbell laid a hit on Ryan Tannehill.
If Tannehill is indeed lost for the season, veteran Matt Moore would take over under center.
Miami is currently battling the Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens and Denver Broncos for the final wild card spot in the AFC. Needless to say, this will have wide-ranging ramifications in the AFC Playoff race.
