With Chris Johnson likely roaming free soon, it would appear that the Titans are filling gaps. McCluster, a receiver, kick-returner was signed to a three-year contract worth up to $12 million. McCluster saw very little action last year with the Chiefs, so hopefully McCluster will be more than background scenery with the Titans.
