Marvin Harrison Jr. is considered one of the best wide receiver prospects to enter the NFL in some time. It was never really a question whether he’d declare for the 2024 NFL Draft. That became a reality on Thursday when the former Ohio State star made his decision official on social media.
The 6-foot-3 pass-catcher and reigning Heisman finalist displayed flashes of absolute brilliance with the Buckeyes. His separation at the line, softs hands, down-field ability and route running are all seen as elite at this early stage in his career.

This past season saw Harrison Jr. record 67 receptions for 1,211 yards and 14 touchdowns despite a downtick in quarterback play in Columbus.
There is already talk that Harrison Jr. could go within the top three-to-five picks in the upcoming draft. That’s how much of a generational talent he’s seen as. Here, we look at four ideal landing spots.

Arizona Cardinals nab Marvin Harrison Jr. in NFL Draft
A recent report indicates that Harrison Jr. won’t fall past the Cardinals at four. It is certainly an interesting scenario to look at. Arizona’s brass has committed to Kyler Murray as its starting quarterback. Short of trading down from four for more draft capital, adding an elite playmaker for Murray should be in the cards.
Marquise Brown led all Arizona wide receivers with a mere 51 catches and 574 yards this past season. His future in the desert is completely up in the air. Harrison Jr. would give Murray that electric weapon out of the gate. That’s for sure.

Los Angeles Chargers provide Justin Herbert another target
It’s an open question whether starting Los Angeles Chargers wide receivers Mike Williams and Keenan Allen will be back with the team next season. Williams suffered a torn ACL three games into the 2023 season. He has a cap hit of $13.54 million for next season. Despite his brilliant play, Allen’s cap hit comes in at north of $34 million.
Assuming the Chargers find a way to keep Allen while moving off Williams, they would still need another target for star quarterback Justin Herbert. Slated to select fifth overall in the 2024 NFL Draft, Los Angeles is an ideal landing spot.

Chicago Bears team Caleb Williams, Marvin Harrison Jr. up
Bears general manager Ryan Poles was very non-committal when it came to talking about Justin Fields’ future with the team. It makes sense. Chicago has the No. 1 pick in the draft. The obvious target here would be USC star signal caller Caleb Williams.
Chicago also boasts the eighth pick. Perhaps, the team looks to trade up a few spots from that selection to team Williams up with Harrison Jr. Imagine how exciting this would be for the downtrodden organization. Add in Pro Bowler D.J. Moore at the other wide receiver spots, and fireworks would be the name of the game in the Windy City.
New York Jets give in to Aaron Rodgers in 2024 NFL Draft
It has been noted that Aaron Rodgers has certain asks of the Jets heading into the offseason. The future Hall of Famer is returning to Jersey after his first season with the Jets was cut short four snaps in due to a torn Achilles. New York then went on to post an ugly 7-10 record. Needless to say, more talent is needed on an offense that ranked 29th in the NFL in scoring.
The idea here would be for New York to move up from the 10th selection to nab Harrison Jr. Imagine teaming him up with fellow former Ohio State star Garrett Wilson at wide receiver. Rodgers would not be able to complain about that duo.
