One day after some thought Jermichael Finley was taking a dig at Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, he was back on Twitter recruiting Randy Moss to join his former teammate, whom he called “the best QB in the league.”
The Packers might be playing the entire 2015 season without Jordy Nelson, the team’s best receiver, after it is believed he suffered a torn ACL in the second preseason game. There have been rumors that Green Bay might be interested in Reggie Wayne, but Finley has other ideas.
@RandyMoss you ready to catch passes from the best QB in league? Time to suit back up 🏈 #NFLrumors #Packers

This comes on the heels of another tweet Finley wrote on Sunday when Nelson went down with his knee injury.
With Nelson out. Let's see how good @AaronRodgers12 really is. #Packers 👀

As mentioned above, some have wrongly thought Finley was taking a shot at his former teammate. The two haven’t always seen eye to eye, but he made sure to let everyone know that he was actually praising the quarterback, even going so far as to use Rodgers’ R E L A X comment to bolster his argument.
EVERYONE!! I worded poorly, meant to say, you'll now see how good @AaronRodgers12 is. Prayers to @JordyRNelson. R E L A X

Moss catching deep balls from Rodgers sounds like a lot of fun to watch. And, the receiver has indicated that he’s not exactly ruling out a return to the NFL. However, it would be a shocking development if Moss did end up in Green Bay.
The Packers would likely rather develop young Davante Adams, who has the potential to turn into an elite receiver in his own right.
