This isn’t insignificant. After his Cleveland Browns made what has to be described as three blockbuster trades on Friday, future Hall of Fame left tackle Joe Thomas took to Twitter to throw his support behind the moves.
.@Browns are en fuego!! Hereās to John Dorsey tonightš»š!!

Thomas, who is coming off the first real injury-plagued season of what has been an amazing career, is said to be contemplating retirement. How Cleveland improves over its roster over the next several days will likely play a role in Thomas’ decision.
Considering he’s happy with the three moves the Browns made, this bodes well for the team being able to bring back its franchise left tackle.
Coming off a winless 2017 campaign, the Browns added Pro Bowl quarterback Tyrod Taylor, Pro Bowl wide receiver Jarvis Landry and a high-upside young defensive back inĀ Damarious Randall in three separate trades on Friday. In return, the Browns sent two mid-round picks in the 2018 NFL Draft, a seventh-rounder in 2019 and quarterback DeShone Kizer packing in the trades.
It’s certainly easy to see why Thomas is happy with the bevy of moves. Say what you want about the trades themselves, Cleveland added a ton of talent to the worst roster in the NFL. That’s no small thing.
