The Green Bay Packers host the Seattle Seahawks at Lambeau Field this weekend for a highly anticipated Sunday Night Football matchup.
Therefore, head coach Mike McCarthy and the Packers have a special message for the Seahawks:
McCarthy: Start of our home schedule. We've got the #GetLoudLambeau campaign going on…This is really about beating SEA, getting to 2-0.

The last time the two teams met up was during January’s NFC Championship Game, and the Packers lost 28-22.
That devastatingly close loss is surely etched into the memories of McCarthy and the Packers. Green Bay’s biggest error was a botched onside kick late in the game, which Seattle turned into a go-ahead touchdown and eventually won in overtime.
Now, the Packers’ goal will be to reach 2-0, which would in turn would leave the Seahawks at 0-2 after they lost to the St. Louis Rams on the road in overtime last Sunday.
The Packers’ plan to “get loud” is obviously an attempt to rattle the Seahawks, who possess one of the loudest stadiums in the NFL. Whether or not the noise will get to Russell Wilson and the gang will be seen Sunday in what should be one of the most exciting revenge matchups of the season.
