Oakland Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch will not be in uniform when they face his former Buffalo Bills squad in Western New York on Sunday.
The NFL has upheld the one-game suspension it levied against Lynch for his involvement in an on-field scuffle against the Kansas City Chiefs last week.

Lynch was suspended after making contact with an official during the first half of last Thursday’s game. He appealed the suspension, but Tuesday’s decision means Lynch will have to sit out one game.
With Lynch out of action, Oakland will be left relying on Jalen Richard and DeAndre Washington to shoulder the load against a Bills defense that ranks in the top-seven in the NFL against the run.
