Jerry Rice, Jr., son of Hall of Famer Jerry Rice, is going to work out next with the San Francisco 49ers. Rice Jr., who did not sign with the Baltimore Ravens after working out with them, has a unique and rare opportunity to play for his father’s former team. Rice Jr. broke the news himself on Twitter.
Working for the next opportunity… Appreciate the ravens for getting my feet wet… Now preparing for #49ers this weekend.. Leggo!

How ironic would this be if things work in Rice Jr.’s favor? Obviously, Rice Jr. who doesn’t have much to show from UNLV with 11 receptions for 86 yards, would have big hands to fill if he does indeed sign with the San Francisco 49ers.
Jerry Rice Jr tryin to make the team.. He got hands like his pops tho..#HOFJERRYRICE #Team49ers http://t.co/zckRJXw3WL
