This certainly isn’t something you see every day. Yes, they are playing golf in Connecticut on Friday despite the rash of positive COVID-19 cases.
On the green, veteran golfer Bryson DeChambeau did something on the 10th tee at the Travelers Championship that has to be seen to be believed. The dude hit a 428-yard drive that included some pretty big help from the turf at TPC River Highlands.
Talk about a good 100-yard roll after the ball hit the turf. Sadly, DeChambeau ended up settling for a bogey. The good news? He’s currently tied for 14th at minus-7.
