On Saturday, Oklahoma City Thunder guard Andre Roberson went down hard on an alley-oop attempt, and now we have a report on the severity of his injury.
Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports Roberson suffered a ruptured patellar tendon, though further testing will need to be done to confirm this.

This is a brutal injury. It’s the same injury that derailed the football career of Victor Cruz, and it’s notoriously difficult to recover from. As soon as Roberson went down, it was apparent that he had suffered a serious injury. He was stretchered off the court and now awaits the results of what will likely be an MRI to determine the extent of his injury.
