It’s only been just one week and a few hours since his famous Super Bowl interception and New England Patriots’ cornerback Malcolm Butler has performed yet another important interception.
This time appearing at the Grammy’s presenting with actor Josh Duhamel and fellow teammate Julian Edelman, Butler handily intercepted the winner’s envelope in the “Best Rock Album” category and announced Beck as the winner.
Clearly, the presenters for the 2015 Grammy’s were not finalized until after Super Bowl XLIX was played last week. Had things gone a differently, we might have seen Seattle Seahawks’ cornerback Richard Sherman performing Butler’s presenting duties. Nevertheless, Butler can continue to soak in the stardom that goes along with making one of the most critical plays in Super Bowl history.
