Jordan Reed not only made one of the most incredible plays of wild card weekend, but he also saved his quarterback from a pick-six in the process.
On the final play of the first quarter during the Washington Redskins’ home playoff game against the Green Bay Packers, Reed made a remarkable play to stab the ball with one hand and haul it in.

If Reed hadn’t caught that ball, Casey Hayward was looking at nothing but green grass in front of him and an easy six points at the expense of Kirk Cousins.
The catch continued the drive for Washington, which avoided falling into an early hole because of Reed’s stellar snag. As it was, the Redskins took a 5-0 lead into the second quarter.
