For the Chicago Bears and their fans, March 4 is Sweetness Day, honoring the number of NFL legend Walter Payton. So, it’s fitting that on Sweetness Day, Payton’s daughter Brittney announced that come August, the world will be getting more sweetness.
Predictably, the Brittney’s announcement was met with joy from both the Chicago Bears and her brother, Jarrett.
Perfect day for such sweet news.

Brittney, who was born exactly a month before the Bears’ Super Bowl XX victory, is the youngest of Walter’s two children.
Payton, who died in 1999 at only 45, retired in 1987 with the NFL record for rushing yards. His 16,726 yards are now only second to Emmitt Smith, who passed Sweetness in 2002.
