With all the news surrounding Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert taking a trip to South Florida, some have come to the conclusion that the Cavs might very well be in the hunt for All-Star forward LeBron James.
Now comes this report by ESPN that Cleveland is now the frontrunner to land James.
Cleveland has replaced Miami as my frontrunner to land LeBron James…

This shouldn’t come as a huge surprise. James has previously indicated a willingness to return to his home-state team and the Cavaliers have a ton of young players to team up with James.
In addition to this, other reports have suggested that Cleveland is looking to add another All-Star caliber player in addition to James. It has the necessary assets to work out a deal, even of the sign-and-trade variety, for another star. Potentially someone like Kevin Love.
This is a fluid situation and things are changing by the minute.
