According to a report by ESPN Cleveland, the Cavaliers have apparently offered up Andrew Wiggins as a part of a potential deal that would send Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kevin Love to Cleveland.Â
.@TheRealTRizzo with a huge rumor: #Cavs have made an offer to the Timberwolves for Kevin Love. Deal includes Andrew Wiggins.

This comes on the heels of another report by ESPN’s Marc Stein that suggests the Cavaliers have reportedly agreed to send Jarrett Jack to the Brooklyn Nets in a three-way deal that would also move Cody Zeller to the Boston Celtics in a clear cap-cutting move.
What does this all mean?
Well. LeBron James is about to meet with Miami Heat president Pat Riley in Vegas and could very well have a decision about where he is going to play relatively soon. The Cavaliers are seen as a finalist for his services.
The Wiggins to Minnesota rumor is interesting. He plays the same wing position as James, which is an indication that the Cavaliers could very well be on the verge of bringing back Ohio’s prodigal son.
As it relates to Love, he’s among the best big men in the entire NBA and would be a major upgrade for the Cavaliers at the power forward position. It remains to be seen who would join Wiggins as part of the package going Minnesota’s way, but one obvious option is former lottery pick Dion Waiters, who has been rumored to be on the move.
For his part, Wiggins’ doesn’t necessarily believe ESPN’s rumor/report to be true.
Re: possibility of Cavs landing Kevin Love to further entice LeBron, the Andrew Wiggins camp doesn't believe he's being considered as piece.
