Years from now, when Ken Griffey Jr. is telling his grandkids about his Hall of Fame career, he won’t need to show any highlights. Heck, he won’t even have to show his Hall of Fame speech.

Nope, Griffey will only need to show the suit he wore on Sunday, with “Hall of Fame Class of 2016” in pinstripes.

That is fantastic detail. Even better, the suit and stripes are in Seattle Mariners colors.

While we’re at it, Griffey’s gold tie is also a sight to behold. The gold is, of course, magnificent, as is the silhouette of his beautiful swing and what appears to be his trademark backwards hat.

Griffey obviously had a Hall of Fame baseball career. If we ever see a Hall of Fame for what people wore during their induction ceremonies, Griffey will similarly be inducted on the first ballot.
