There have been many reports over the past few weeks that Jay Cutler’s future with the Chicago Bears is in question. However, it would appear that the Bears are planning to stick with Cutler as the face of the franchise moving forward.
Bears fully expect Jay Cutler to be their QB this season, per @mortreport.

The Bears apparently are not interesting in trading the 31-year-old Cutler, who is guaranteed to earn $15.5 million next year. Cutler is currently in the midst of a seven-year, $126.7 million contract that takes him through the 2020 season.
During the course of his six years in Chicago, Cutler has thrown for a total of 18,725 yards with 129 touchdowns and 93 interceptions. Despite all the criticism, Cutler’s 3,818 passing yards and 28 touchdowns in 2014 are actually his best stats since he joined the Bears in 2009. Cutler also threw 18 interceptions and tallied the most turnovers of any quarterback in the NFL this past season. In reality, that’s where the criticism is justified.
It’s also important to note that a team publicly denying a player is on the trade block doesn’t actually mean said player isn’t on the trade block.
