Aaron Judge is making his long-awaited return to the New York Yankees’ lineup on Friday after he was activated from the 10-day injured list to face the Baltimore Orioles.

Judge has not played since June 3 when he injured his right big toe making a catch against the Los Angeles Dodgers and crashing into the right-field fence. The Yankees placed him on the injured list June 6 with a ligament tear.

In a corresponding move, the Yankees optioned infielder Oswald Peraza to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

The Yankees have struggled without Judge, going 19-23 entering Friday’s action. They are in last place in the American League East, but only eight games behind the first-place Orioles.

Judge, 31, is hitting .291 with 19 home runs and 40 RBIs in 49 games this season. Last season, he hit an AL-record 62 homers.

Peraza, 23, was hitting .173 with six RBIs in 19 games with the Yankees.
