LeBron James denied ‘Taco Tuesday’ trademark

LeBron James fart

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James continues to make an impression (good or bad) on social media by posting his weekly Taco Tuesday escapades during the offseason.

Apparently LeBron is now taking this unofficial holiday to a whole other level. He filed a trademark application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for “Taco Tuesday.”

Like clockwork, James’ application was denied.

The three-time NBA champion might view himself as a King, but there was no way his application was going to be approved.

Taco Tuesday has been around a lot longer than James wants to admit. He did not invent the term. It is a rare defeat for a man that just continues to win at life.

No word yet on whether James will stop celebrating the weekly holiday now that he can’t profit off it.
