Rangers, Angels game delayed by swarm of bees in bullpen

Midway through Sunday’s game in Anaheim between the Texas Rangers and Los Angeles Angels, a swarm of bees interrupted things and caused players to scamper.

The bees invaded the bullpen area and started attacking the pitchers and catchers inside.

This prompted a delay in the game as officials dealt with the issue at hand.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a game delayed due to a swarm of bees, either. Though, compared to one occasion last year, this was a minor issue.
