Oklahoma City guard Russell Westbrook just recently made his way back from offseason knee surgery. He did so in time lead lead Oklahoma City to a four-game winning streak heading into Monday’s outing with the New Orleans Pelicans.
Unfortunately, it sure looks like Westbrook suffered a notable leg injury in the game. Check out him rolling left leg as he attempted to go up for a rebound against Anthony Davis.

Westbrook was said to be hobbling pretty bad heading into the locker room.

There’s no further updates on the severity of the injury. But we’re going to assume for a second that Westbrook will be evaluated after the game with X-rays and a potential MRI.
We’ll have more information as soon as it becomes available.
Update: The Thunder are saying that Westbrook’s injury is an ankle sprain.
