Trailing 13-10, the New York Giants had a chance to limit the San Francisco 49ers to a field goal attempt. But Nick Mullens and Matt Breida had other ideas.
Facing a third down, the 49ers snapped the ball quickly to exploit a positive matchup. They got it when Breida broke free in the end zone. Mullens’ pass wasn’t great. But it was good enough for Breida to make a quick grab before falling to the ground.
