It appears as though Adam Jones’ time with the Denver Broncos has come to an end.
On Tuesday, Jones posted a farewell message to Denver on Instagram. In it, he said “Well Denver it was good, thanks for the opportunity!!!! On to the next!!!”
Jones signed with Denver late in the preseason. He played sparingly for the Broncos, appearing in seven games and starting twice.
In total, he defended three passes. Jones also returned two punts for 25 yards, and four kickoffs for 85 yards.
We wouldn’t be completely surprised to see Jones picked up by someone else for the remainder of the season. But given his age (35) and struggles, this could also be the end of Jones’ career.
