The World Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Boston Red Sox is set to begin on Tuesday. But the weather in Boston is being difficult.
Before Game 1, a tremendous lightning bolt was visible from inside of Fenway Park.

While weather delays in the World Series are not unprecedented, it’s not what anyone wants to see. This is especially true in a cross-country World Series. Playing on a day intended for travel is far from ideal in that situation.
The good news is that the weather is expected to clear either right before Game 1 begins, or when it’s in the early stages.

Hopefully the rain and lightning stay away from Fenway Park.
