One of the big ways top NFL linemen can win at the line of scrimmage is to utilize precise, devastating handwork. Taking this to the extreme, three-time All-Pro Aaron Donald is literally training with knives to improve this aspect of his game.
Seriously.

That’s intense. And those knives don’t exactly look dull, either.
Donald is currently trying to land a new contract extension with the Los Angeles Rams. He’s likely going to become the richest defender in NFL history when he does ink a new deal, either this year or in 2019. Hopefully he can stay healthy until then.
In other news, head coach Sean McVay and defensive coordinator Wade Phillips might be reaching for their phones whenever they get a hold of these videos.
