Detroit Pistons forward Blake Griffin made his debut with the team on Thursday after a blockbuster trade from the Los Angeles Clippers earlier in the week.
For the most part, it went well. He put up 22 points and 10 boards through three quarters of action against the Memphis Grizzlies.
But the former All-Sar did find a way to somewhat embarrass himself in the midst of his debut. Heading to the court after halftime, Griffin apparently left his jersey in the locker room. He wasn’t able to start the third quarter with his team.

That’s not a real jersey, Blake. The sheepish grin on his face is worth a million bucks, as is the confused sound of the Pistons announcers trying to explain it away.
Next up in his Motown act, Blake will show up wearing two different shoes. We’ve been there before, right?
