The Minnesota Timberwolves may be in the midst of a five-game winning streak and are a top-four seed in the Western Conference. But the team will be without starting point guard Jeff Teague indefinitely.
Per multiple media reports, Teague suffered a sprained knee in Wednesday’s win over Denver and has no timeline for returning to the court.
MRI revealed that Minnesota guard Jeff Teague has a sprained left knee, but there's no structural damage, league sources tell ESPN. He will be out of lineup for indefinite period of time.

That’s most definitely not a good sign for a Wolves team that seems to be on the upswing.
Signed as a free agent this past summer, the 29-year-old Teague is averaging 13.4 points and 7.3 assists while shooting at a 38 percent mark from distance. With him out of action Tyus Jones will likely start for the foreseeable future in Minnesota.
