Apparently if your name is Kevin Durant, you don’t need two shoes to be amazing at this basketball thing. The Golden State Warriors were on the road Friday night for a date with the New Orleans Pelicans when Durant lost a shoe in the second quarter.
Not fazed in the least, the dynamic forward promptly blocked not one, but two shots in the aftermath.
KD's shoe popped off on that last drive, he threw it to the sideline and then he had two blocks in one D possession with one shoe.

Basketball shoes are overrated. Kevin Durant just had back to back blocks while wearing 1 shoe.

Poor Tony Allen was the victim here, as Durant blocked him twice in the same sequence.
Kevin Durant just blocked Tony Allen twice with only one shoe on.

"Durant" lost his shoe, made a layup, and blocked Tony Allen's shot twice before putting said shoe back on. pic.twitter.com/p8qDf4Zp81

Oh, and in case you were wondering, this isn’t the first time Durant has pulled a stunt like this.
