The Washington Redskins were dealt a big blow on Monday night. After Josh Norman left the game with a rib injury, coach Jay Gruden told ESPN’s Lisa Salters at halftime that the star cornerback will miss at least “a couple of weeks.”

The good news for the Redskins is that they have an early bye. Washington will be off in Week 5, limiting how much time Norman will miss.
When the Redskins return in Week 6, they’ll host the San Francisco 49ers. Following that, they’ll finish October wih division games at the Philadelphia Eagles and back home for the Dallas Cowboys.
