This is obviously the best possible news for the young man, who has claimed all along that he was innocent and had proof to back up his claim.
Conley was a top prospect coming out of Ohio State this spring. However, when news broke right before the 2017 NFL Draft that he was being accused of sexual assault, his stock took a hit. The Raiders, having done their due diligence to investigate his case, took a gamble on Conley at No. 24 overall.
The rookie has recently inked a new contract with the Raiders and should make an immediate impact for his new team.
