This is pretty much the last thing that the new San Francisco 49ers regime needed. After years of hearing about their players on the police blotter on a never-ending loop, head coach Kyle Shanahan and general manager John Lynch are in the midst of attempting to change the culture in San Francisco.
That apparently took a major hit on Friday with reports breaking that starting cornerback Tramaine Brock has been arrested following a domestic incident in Santa Clara.

There’s not a whole lot available on the circumstances of Brock’s arrest, but he’s apparently still in police custody.
From Aldon Smith and Ray McDonald to Bruce Miller (all former 49ers), this team has dealt with a ton of off-field incidents over the past few seasons. It remains to be seen exactly what led to Brock’s arrest.
Brock, a seven-year pro out of Belhaven, has started 31 games over the past two seasons.
