San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has won his appeal stemming from an incident against the Chicago Bears in which officials claimed the signal caller used the “N” word.

Interestingly enough, Kaepernick was still fined for using the “F” word.
For whatever reason NFL found that due to use of profane language (f-word) he still got docked $5,500.

As some have pointed out, the NFL should just decide to dock every player some of their game checks if the league is going to consider the “F” word profane language.
It’s utterly ridiculous, especially if you have been privy to some of the language used on the field.
At the very least, Kaepernick’s claim that he did not use a the “N” word seems to be true. After all, the quarterback went to great lengths to clear his name for what amounted to such a small fine.
