We’re now well past the halfway point of the 2023 NFL season, providing ample data points and film to put together our Week 11 fantasy rankings. As always, we’ll provide analysis and fantasy football advice for some of the top players at each position.

Before we dive into the fantasy football rankings for Week 11, we have to recognize what players won’t be available. With the Atlanta Falcons, Indianapolis Colts, New England Patriots and New Orleans Saints on a bye, running back will be a thinner position than usual.

Week 11 fantasy quarterback rankings

  1. Patrick Mahomes, Chiefs – The Philadelphia Eagles’ defense allowed a 114.5 QB rating and 7-1 TD-INT lien in its last two games before the bye. Kansas City also boasts the offensive line to hold up against Philly’s pass rush. The only concern is the Chiefs’ receiving corps, but this is a good matchup.
  2. Lamar Jackson, Ravens – Lamar Jackson reverted to some of his bad habits in Week 10, but he now gets to face a Bengals’ defense that has allowed a 90-plus QB rating three times this year and multiple touchdowns twice. In a must-win game, Jackson should thrive.
  3. Tua Tagovailoa, Dolphins – If Zach Wilson can throw for nearly 260 yards against the Raiders’ defense, imagine what Tagovailoa can do with Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. Miami loves beating up on bad teams.
  4. Jalen Hurts, Eagles – Jalen Hurts is an elite fantasy quarterback, but we’re dropping him slightly in Week 11 against a Chiefs’ defense that held its last five opponents to an 85.0 QB rating with 164.4 pass ypg allowed and 21 sacks taken. Just temper your expectations a bit.
  5. Justin Herbert, Chargers – Justin Herbert came alive this past weekend and now he draws a matchup against a Packers’ secondary with an injured Jaire Alexander. Given the Chargers have seemed to figure things out offensively, we’re putting all our chips on this unit.
  6. C.J. Stroud, Texans – C.J. Stroud already has a 15-2 TD-INT ratio with a 101 QB rating on the season and he’s compiled over 800 passing yards in the last two games alone. Arizona doesn’t have the bodies to stick in coverage to Tank Dell, Nico Collins and Noah Brown.
  7. Josh Allen, Bills – Buffalo’s offense isn’t its biggest problem right now, but this is a bad matchup for Josh Allen. We don’t expect him to regress to the careless play he showed vs New York in Week 1, but the Jets’ defense has held its last seven opponents to a 57.8% completion rate with a 71.6 QB rating and a 6-6 TD-INT line.
  8. Trevor Lawrence, Jaguars – The Jaguars’ passing attack just isn’t going to be as good this year as everyone hoped, but this is a rebound spot for Trevor Lawrence. Plus, Tennessee’s secondary has allowed the seventh-highest QB rating (98.6) and the eighth-highest completion rate (68.2%) this year.
  9. Dak Prescott, Cowboys – Prescott and the Cowboys’ offense is rolling right now. In the last four games, Prescott boasts a 12-2 TD-INT ratio and averaged 338.5 pass ypg.
  10. Brock Purdy, 49ers – Trent Williams and Deebo Samuel made quite the difference for Brock Purdy. With a clean pocket to throw from and All-Pro talent around him, Purdy will be a top-12 fantasy quarterback the rest of the way and this is a good matchup.
  11. Jared Goff, Bears – Chicago’s defense has been better as of late, holding opponents to 210.4 pass ypg and just 1.6 touchdowns per game with an 89.0 QB rating. Still, we’ll always love Jared Goff at home (72% completion rate, 106.5 QB rating).
  12. Justin Fields, Bears – It’s a bit concerning that the Bears believe they don’t have to change their offense at all with Justin Fields returning to the lineup. Still, his rushing upside against a Lions’ defense that has allowed three 300-yard games makes him a solid fantasy starter.
  13. Kyler Murray, Cardinals – Murray had to shake off some rust in his first game back, but he still delivered 249 passing yards with a rushing score. He’ll get even better as he settles in.
  14. Geno Smith, Seahawks – Before the bye week, Los Angeles allowed 235.3 pass ypg with a 96.1 QB rating to its last six opponents. Smith doesn’t have the upside he offered versus Washington, but he’s an outstanding QB2 or a back-end QB1.
  15. Sam Howell, Commanders – The New York Giants have thrown in the towel on the 2023 season and that was reflected in their defensive effort last Sunday (640 total yards allowed). This is an excellent shot for Sam Howell to keep proving he can be the Commanders’ quarterback in 2024.
