“The top slot receiver option appears to be Moore, the second-year player who will try to replace some of the production that JuJu Smith-Schuster generated last season. Moore was one of the best performers during mandatory minicamp last month.”

Moore, the 54th pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, only played a small role for the Chiefs last season. As a rookie, he only played 29 percent of the offensive snaps and he fumbled three times. However, he also scored Kansas City’s final touchdown in their 38-35 victory in the Super Bowl.

If the plan is for Moore to primarily play in the slot, filling the void left by Smith-Schuster, that should mean 85-plus targets for the second-year receiver. Operating in one of the best offenses in the NFL, Moore could have a breakout season this fall.
