San Francisco 49ers injury report: The San Francisco 49ers head into their Week 12 outing against the Los Angeles Rams losers of three consecutive and on the verge of falling completely out of the NFC Playoff picture.

San Francisco has been ravaged by injuries this season, losing multiple starters on both sides of the ball. Beyond season-ending injuries to the likes of George Kittle, Nick Bosa and Solomon Thomas, the 49ers will also be without key players in Week 12. They are also dealing with a major COVID-19 outbreak, something that impacted the team earlier in the season.

Here’s your latest San Francisco 49ers injury report heading into Week 12.

San Francisco 49ers schedule

San Francisco 49ers injury report: COVID-19 list

Arik Armstead, defensive line
Javon Kinlaw, defensive line
Hroniss Grasu, center
Joe Walker, linebacker
Brandon Aiyuk, wide receiver
Daniel Helm, tight end
Trent Williams, offensive tackle
D.J. Jones, defensive line
Jordan Willis, defensive line

Now there’s a good chance that most of these players will be cleared ahead of Sunday’s game against the Rams. If, for some reason, that’s not the case, San Francisco is looking at missing six more starters in addition to the plethora of injuries it has dealt with.
