Earlier this week, the association teased final details to be revealed about the first NBA In-Season Tournament at a later date. On Saturday, we finally learned all the key details for the highly-anticipated tournament the NBA has been hinting at for several months.
Commissioner Adam Silver was on-site at Las Vegas Summer League, where the In-Season Tournament was revealed with a near two-minute video explaining the entire process.
The league then got some assistance from Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr and other current star players around the league, including Anthony Edwards, Trae Young, Victor Wembanyama, and more. Each player took turns announcing the groups for the Eastern and Western Conferences. They are as follows:
