Dan Kingerski, Editor-in-Chief
- 20 years as a sports radio host and reporter.. Host and analyst for NHL Home Ice on Sirius/XM and for Sportsnet. On-air at 93.7 The Fan in Pittsburgh.
- Founder of Pittsburgh Hockey Now and the National Hockey Now network. Led the network to enormous growth, up to credentialed beat writers in 19 NHL cities. Later added Steelers Now and Pittsburgh Baseball Now before merger with The Publisher’s Desk.
- One of the most widely read Penguins beat writers. Regular on WPXI-TV and on radio.
Dan Kingerski is a Pittsburgh native whose career has been on a winding road through radio, TV, and print. He rose to a small measure of prominence in the hockey world with his work as a radio host and analyst for NHL Home Ice on Sirius/XM, then Sportsnet, before returning home to 93.7 the Fan in Pittsburgh.
Kingerski had 20 years of radio experience before transitioning to print during the 2016 NHL season. His work quickly gained a following, and the site Pittsburgh Hockey Now was born, followed by the National Hockey Now network, which had as many as 19 beat writers across the NHL. The network later acquired Steelers Now and Pittsburgh Baseball Now before being acquired by The Publisher’s Desk.
Kingerski is now the Editor-in-Chief for Sportsnaut, and remains one of the most widely read writers covering the Pittsburgh Penguins. He can also be seen on WPXI-TV as well as heard on various radio stations.
