10. Missouri Tigers (Last week: Not ranked)

The Missouri Tigers (21-7) crack the list for the first time after winning four of their last five games, including a dominant 30-point victory over South Carolina. The Tigers face Vanderbilt on March 1.

Michigan State (23-5) extended their four-game winning streak in dramatic fashion as Tre Holloman hit a game-winning half-court shot at the buzzer against Maryland. The Spartans face ranked Wisconsin on March 2.

8. Iowa State Cyclones (Last week: 5)

The Iowa State Cyclones (21-7) drop two spots following back-to-back losses against Houston and Oklahoma State. They’ll look to rebound against ranked Arizona on March 1 and BYU on March 4.

7. St. John’s Red Storm (Last week: 8)

St. John’s (25-4) defeated UConn 89-75 and Butler 76-70 to extend their winning streak to four games. The Red Storm host Seton Hall on March 1.

6. Tennessee Volunteers (Last week: 7)

Tennessee (23-5) is riding a three-game winning streak after defeating ranked Texas A&M 77-69 and then upending LSU 65-59 on the road. The schedule intensifies as the Volunteers face Alabama on March 1.

5. Florida Gators (Last week: 2)

The Gators (24-4) tumble three spots after being upset by Georgia on the road, 88-83. Florida’s challenging schedule continues with ranked opponents Texas A&M on March 1 and Alabama on March 5.

4. Alabama Crimson Tide (Last week: 6)

Alabama (23-5) has moved up two spots after rebounding from their upset loss to Missouri. The Crimson Tide defeated ranked Kentucky 96-83 before overwhelming Mississippi State 111-73. Their tough schedule continues against Tennessee on March 1 and Florida on March 5.

3. Houston Cougars (Last week: 4)
