The Buffalo Bills have suffered several offseason losses while experiencing a salary cap crunch. With Josh Allen set to return, the Bills are still fringe contenders. However, as we’ve seen, they need a lot more help to reach the Super Bowl.
Our 2024 Bills mock draft focuses on billing Buffalo’s biggest team needs while trying to find talent that can help Sean McDermott’s group win now. Since the 2024 NFL Draft gives the Bills their best chance to add low-cost impact players who can make immediate contributions, it’s likely to be the most important facet of their offseason.

Here are the Bills team needs ahead of the 2024 NFL mock draft.
Before the Stefon Diggs trade we would have gladly taken Jackson Powers-Johnson here to reinforce the interior of the Bills’ line. However, now that Josh Allen has lost his biggest playmaker, it’s time to get a new weapon Bills Mafia can cheer on to victory.
Adonai Mitchell isn’t quite as fast as his Texas teammate Xavier Worthy, but clocking a 4.34-second 40-yard dash at 6-foot-2, 205 pounds, is still quite impressive. Mitchell has the size and speed to become a No. 1 wideout, and Allen can bring the best out of him in Buffalo.
We already added a receiver, now it’s time to continue rebuilding an offensive line that has to replace Mitch Morse at center. Zach Frazier is an ideal replacement as a flexible yet strong interior lineman who plays with a high IQ. After allowing zero sacks his final year at West Virginia, Frazier proved he’s more than capable in pass protection, and while there’s room for growth as a run blocker, he can be a Day 1 starter in Buffalo.

While there are other needs, expect the Bills to add several receivers before the end of the 2024 NFL Draft. With 10 draft picks, the Bills may even package 128 plus a few others to move up for a player they really covet. But to keep things simple, we’ll stay here and take Malik Washington. He may be better suited for the slot at 5-foot-8, but Washington’s elite ability to change directions on a dime make him a weapon who could make an immediate impact.
