But just because Adams was traded to the Las Vegas Raiders, it doesn’t mean the bond between the two talented playmakers ended. In fact, the struggles they’ve both experienced since could help the two players realize how good their time together with the Green Bay Packers was.

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, Aaron Rodgers has been doing his best to recruit Davante Adams to the New York Jets, which would require a trade with the Las Vegas Raiders.

If Rodgers wants to team up with Adams again, he might have to hope the Raiders get off to a tough start, which could lead to a change of heart by the trade deadline. Otherwise, Adams won’t hit free agency until the end of the 2026 season, at which point Rodgers will be 44 years old.
