This is the last thing the Denver Nuggets and their fans wanted to see during Wednesday night’s game against the Charlotte Hornets.
Recently extended star guard Jamal Murray exited the game after contesting a shot. He landed awkwardly on his ankle.
The video is not great.
Murray ultimately had to be helped off the court and was putting no pressure on said ankle.
We will obviously have more updates as they come. For now, this does not look good.
Murray, 22, is averaging 17.9 points, 4.2 rebounds and 4.7 points per game for the 27-12 Nuggets.
