Trout, not surprisingly, leads all outfielders as the top vote-getter for the All-Star Game.
Mark Berman of Fox 26 in Houston shared the total votes garnered by the top players, and it’s clear that Trout is well ahead of the pack with nearly 1,000,000 votes already.
Trout is the best player in baseball. That’s a fact. His WAR (Wins Above Replacement) score is legendary, and he consistently reminds us why with his amazing exploits on the diamond.
Even though his Angels haven’t been winners, fans clearly aren’t holding that against him.
