Anyone wondering about declining Josh Allen fantasy stats ahead of starting him against the Seahawks had that worry put to sleep fast. He racked up a ton of fantasy points as should the next quarterback who plays Seattle, as discussed here in our Week 10 start or sit fantasy QBs.

Fantasy QBs: Week 10

Start: Jared Goff, Los Angeles Rams

Let’s tackle that aforementioned Seahawks defense right off the bat as it pertains to starting Goff against it in Week 10. Admittedly, Goff can have those bad games every now and then.

But Goff is a start in what should be an easy fantasy matchup. Seattle is still giving away the most fantasy points to quarterbacks, equating to 398 total yards per game to date.

Sit: Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings

Those thinking of starting Cousins after his 220-yard, three-touchdown performance last week should hold back. Cousins is a fantasy sit in Week 10 playing on the road in Chicago in “Monday Night Football.”

The Bears’ defense has given up only nine touchdowns in eight games. And Cousins is sure to revert back to his struggling ways playing with a brutal Bears’ pass rush in his face.

Start: Baker Mayfield, Cleveland Browns

Mayfield returns fresh from a bye and has a top fantasy quarterback matchup against the Houston Texans. Houston’s defense is lagging. It has given up 19 touchdowns in its eight games played. It has also managed to pick off only two quarterbacks, which bodes well for Mayfield having a clean fantasy game.

The Browns potentially getting Nick Chubb back for Week 10 will only help Mayfield’s productivity.

Sit: Nick Mullens, San Francisco 49ers

If Mullens is a limited quarterback choice in Week 10, dig deep and find someone else. Mullens is a fantasy sit against the Saints in New Orleans.

The Saints defense has stepped up as of late and it’s the same defense that held one of the best fantasy quarterbacks — Tom Brady — to zero touchdowns and just 209 passing yards in Week 9. Brady was picked off three times as well.

Mullens is best left on the bench in Week 10.

Start: Drew Lock, Denver Broncos

Lock’s fantasy stats have been up and he has a chance to be one of the top fantasy quarterbacks in Week 10. He will face a Las Vegas Raiders defense that is giving up the seventh-most passing yards on the season.

Furthermore, the Raiders last allowed Justin Herbert of the Chargers to pass for 326 yards and two touchdowns. Lock should be started in Week 10 lineups everywhere, along with rookie wideout Jerry Jeudy. This pair is just getting started in fantasy football.

Sit: Matthew Stafford, Detroit Lions

Keep an eye on Stafford’s availability (concussion protocol) for Week 10. Whether it’s Stafford under center or it’s backup Chase Daniel, neither is primed for a great fantasy performance against The Washington Football Team.

Through eight games, the Washington defense has given up the least passing yards (185.6) per game. Stafford or Daniel are sits in Week 10, especially with Kenny Golladay’s health up in the air as well.
