Who saw that coming after their hot start to the season? Not many, if any. The Devils’ playoff hopes are dwindling by the day. And they’re not doing anything to help themselves. The postseason isn’t completely unreachable, but it’s going to take a complete flip of the switch to jump the six teams ahead of them in playoff position and to displace the team in the second wild card.
